The price structure has been designed as one simple fee based on the total wedding budget, which determines the amount of time and resources required to complete your wedding plan. The fee may alter if the actual wedding cost is increased or reduced by
the due date of the balance owing.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES THAT WILL REQUIRE FULL OR PART DAY ATTENDANCE AS REQUESTED BY YOU:

Full Day Attendance
Commencing from the time of the brides hair/make up appointment until the bride and groom leave the reception - $1000

Part Day Attendance
Commencing from ceremony until the completion of all formalities at reception - $600

Any additional hours required or requested on the day will be charged at a flat rate of $100 per hour.

Additional Services Include:

  • Attend brides home and follow bridal party throughout the day and attend to any last minute details as required.
  • Oversee proper set up and design of ceremony and reception areas on the day.
  • Ensure the correct placement of all guests seating cards, candles, wedding favours, guest books, ceremony programs, menu cards,
    disposable cameras as per your instructions.
  • Welcoming guests to ceremony venue and advising on seating arrangements.
  • Organisation of bridal party entrance.
  • Organisation of queuing music for ceremony.
  • Organising removal of church and/or ceremony decorations as required.
  • Organisation of bridal party drinks at photo shoot after ceremony, attend and help if required.
  • Oversee your entire reception to allow you, your family and your friends to enjoy the day.
  • Keep a track of meals being served to guests.
  • Discuss with MC and DJ about timeline for the night. Making the day flow smoothly.
  • Making sure that everyone who is scheduled to give a speech throughout the day are cued and prepared.
  • Keep candles alight throughout reception.
  • Answer any guest's questions or concerns throughout the day.
  • Arrange your time to proceed with the cake cutting and have champagne glasses at the reception ready.
  • Be there to arrange your getaway car and organise your farewell to your guests.
  • Organise the collection of gifts, table decorations, wedding cake and toasting glasses after reception and delivery to your home
    the following day with family/friends as per your instructions prior to the day.

Price can be adjusted if you do not require all of the services in the package. This will be discussed and confirmed at the initial consultation. Cost of package includes as many consultations as required, including site attendance with bride and groom, all phone calls and e-mails to suppliers and venues.

Payment Structure:

+ 50% of your wedding fee is payable upfront
+ 50% balance is due:

Intimate Weddings - 6 weeks prior to your wedding day
Luxury Weddings - 6 weeks prior to your wedding day
Deluxe Weddings - 8 weeks prior to your wedding day
Extravagant Weddings - 8 weeks prior to your wedding day

If the full fee is paid upfront, you will receive a 10% discount off your fee total

Cancellation:
In the event of wedding cancellation, the 50% up front fee is non-refundable.
If the 50% balance is paid before a cancellation is announced, 40% will be refunded.

New Date:
In the event that a new date needs to be set, payment of the final 50% will be due as per the original date set.
